Questions people ask here

Short answers. Each one links to the longer version.

Do I need an account?

No. The free plan works with nothing signed in — no email, no profile. Signing in exists only for Pro and for carrying your run count between computers. More on accounts.

What counts as one of my 25 runs?

One run is one task you hand off — “set up this campaign”, “fill in this form”, “draft replies to these”. It is counted once when it starts, however many fields, clicks or follow-up rounds the task takes, so 25 runs is 25 tasks done for you. Asking questions is free and unlimited, and so is Guide mode, where it highlights each field and you type. A step you declined, or one skipped because the page changed, is not counted. What counts as a run.

Can it buy something or send an email without asking me?

No. A plan containing a step that submits, publishes, sends or spends is named as such and never starts itself — in every mode, on every round of a long task. Starting it is the consent, and even a spoken “go ahead” will not open that gate. How approval works.

Which of my sites can it see?

Only the ones you allow, and nothing at all when you install it. You can grant every site once, or one site at a time, and revoke either in a click. Site access.

Does it read my passwords?

Never. Passwords, card numbers, security codes and one-time codes are skipped where the page is read, before any data could leave it. Nor are the values in ordinary fields sent anywhere — the planner sees that a box is called “Email”, never what is in it. What leaves your browser.

What happens when I run out?

Nothing breaks. Questions and Guide mode carry on exactly as before; only automatic runs pause, until the 1st of the month or an upgrade. Running out.

Can I undo what it did?

Every finished run leaves a receipt with an Undo that puts the fields back as it found them. It is best-effort and says so: it reverses what the site allows to be reversed, which does not include something already submitted. Stopping and undoing.

Does it work on every website?

On ordinary websites, yes — it works from what the page shows, so it needs no special support for a site. It cannot touch Chrome's own pages or the Web Store, which no extension can, and a page that builds its controls in unusual ways may fall back to walking you through it.
