Pricing questions
What does “per location” mean?
One price covers one office address. A practice with two offices pays for two locations.
What happens after the 7 days?
Your card is saved at checkout and charged when the trial ends, for the period you picked. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
How do I cancel?
Open Manage billing on your dashboard, or the billing link in your receipt, and press Cancel. The plan keeps working until the period you paid for runs out. See cancellation and refunds.
Who handles payment?
Creem, our merchant of record, runs checkout and sends the receipts. Card numbers never reach Tabruns.
