Troubleshooting

Tabruns can't see the page

The permission card, why it appears, and what to do about it.

If Tabruns cannot read the page you are on, it says so and offers to fix it in one press, rather than failing with an error that sends you hunting through settings.

A card asking to allow this site, before anything ran

Why: You have not granted this site yet. Nothing is granted at install.

Fix: Press Allow. Chrome asks once; the grant is remembered for that site.

A run stopped and is asking for a different site

Why: The task navigated somewhere new — a search result, a checkout handoff — and that host has no grant.

Fix: Press Allow. The run resumes on the step it stopped in front of; nothing already done is repeated or lost.

This keeps happening on every task

Why: You are on per-site access, and real tasks cross hosts constantly.

Fix: Settings → Site access → Allow on every site. One Chrome prompt now, no per-site asks after.

You granted the site and it still cannot see it

Why: The tab was loaded before the grant existed.

Fix: Reload the page. Chrome only gives an extension access to tabs loaded after the grant.
