Correcting a value
Staff can change how the plan treats each line of the estimate. Your change always wins, and it's marked “Typed by staff”.

The plan's coverage, deductible and maximum come from the benefits page. If one looks wrong, open the patient's benefits page and press Read this page again.
On the estimate, press the pencil beside a line. It opens:
- Your fee and, in network, the insurer's fee. These save to the office's price list for every computer.
- Does the plan pay it? Choose As read from the plan, Plan pays it, Not covered, Waiting period not over, Frequency limit reached, or Missing-tooth rule applies. This answer is for this estimate only, and it's cleared when you start a new estimate or open another patient.
The estimate updates as you type. Press Done to close it.
Correct a value when the portal says something the panel missed. If the panel reads a portal wrong every time, tell us so we can fix the reader.
