Import a fee schedule from Excel or CSV
Upload an .xlsx or CSV file, or paste straight from Excel. Tabruns finds the columns and shows a preview before anything changes.

- Sign in at tabruns.com and open Prices and insurers from your dashboard.
- Press Import a fee schedule and choose the file. Or copy the rows in Excel, press Paste from a spreadsheet, paste, and press Read pasted rows.
- Check the preview. Tabruns picks each column from its heading, and you can change any choice.
- Press Add to my prices. New codes are added, the list is sorted by code, and it's saved. Check the kind and coverage category of each new service.
What it reads
- Excel
.xlsxfiles (the first sheet), CSV and tab-separated text. - Up to 5 MB and 5,000 rows. Title rows above the headings are fine.
- The only column it needs is the procedure code. It also looks for a description, your office fee (a heading such as “Fee” or “UCR”), and one fee column per insurer, matched to the insurer's name, such as “Delta Dental”.
What it doesn't read
- Old
.xlsfiles. Open them in Excel and save as .xlsx or CSV. - PDF fee schedules. If that's all your insurer sends, tell us at support@tabruns.com.
When a code is already on your list
It keeps the name, kind and category you set, and takes the fees from the file. So you can re-import an updated fee schedule every year without redoing your setup.
The file itself isn't stored. Only the rows you confirm are saved to your price list.
