Adding services and tooth numbers
Tap a common service, or type any service or code, with its tooth if it has one. Several codes at once is fine.
Updated November 4, 2026
After reading a page, tap one of the Most common services (Exam, Cleaning, X-rays, Filling, Crown, Root canal), or type in the box under What does the patient need?. Matches show as you type: your own services first, then other common ones such as Bridge, Deep cleaning or Night guard. Press Enter or tap a match:
| You type | You get |
|---|---|
D1110 | One adult cleaning, no tooth |
D2740 #14 | A crown on tooth 14 |
D2740 tooth 14 or d2740 14 | The same |
D2740 #14, D2950 #14 | Two lines at once |
crown 14 | A crown on tooth 14. If you have more than one crown on your list, pick which |
bleaching | Anything not on the list: choose as your own service, name it and set your fee |
- Tooth numbers are 1 to 32 for adult teeth, and A to T for baby teeth.
- Add the tooth for crowns, fillings, root canals and extractions. Limits like “1 crown per tooth every 5 years” can only be checked with it.
- The first time a service is used, the panel asks your fee and, in network, the insurer's fee, once. A typed code or your own service also asks its name and Plans usually cover it as: preventive, basic or major. Press Add to the estimate.
- Remove a line with the X beside its amount.
