Reading the portal page
Read this page works on any insurer's website. It looks for the benefits the page shows in labeled tables and values: the coverage by service, the yearly maximum, the deductible and the claims history. Portals lay these out differently, so on some it finds everything and on others only part.
When the page's layout isn't one Tabruns knows, on-device AI reading fills in what's missing, on computers that can run it. Whatever is still missing shows a dash under Plan covers and is flagged in the plan checks. If a portal you use often reads poorly, tell us at support@tabruns.com; we tune the reader for the portals offices use most.

- Secondary insurance and coordination of benefits
- Medicaid plans
- Orthodontic lifetime maximums
